Talon is the most celebrated Rapier pilot serving with the Sierran Defence Command. Her daring exploits are the stuff of legends. Despite her incredible combat record, she has failed to advance in the ranks beyond that of flight leader. This is mainly due to her dark and distant personality. Estranged from her father and brooding over the loss of her mother and brother, (her mother was also a fighter pilot who lost her life in the line of duty. Sierran females tend to have an innate gift at pilotting, and the majority of Sierran pilots are female.) Talon is also tasked with the care of her brother's young daughter. Talon has a maverick attitude and is difficult to befriend. She wears her facial scar as a reminder of her troubled past. Talon is a talented pilot and highly skilled in close-combat, and often undertakes dangerous solo covert-ops assignments.
