It is unknown what species the mysterious Sorceress originated from. She is undoubtedly an enigma, living is solitude on the swamp planet of Kovan-5. The Sorceress is able to wield potent and mysterious power over the forces of nature in her vicinity, controlling weather, elements and wildlife with deadly precision and overwhelming force. The teeming jungles of Kovan-5 makes a perfect protective lair for her activities, which unfortunately involves the abduction of other peoples for her strange, ritualistic sacrifices. One of her intended victims was the Sierran fighter piot, Talon. Talon escaped with her life just barely, after a fierce 6 day long, one-to-one cat-and-mouse struggle in the swamps and jungles of Kovan-5. Talon has vowed to one day put an end to the Sorceress' murderous activities.
The Sorceress flies the custom-made "Spellbinder" assault starfighter, equipped with a prisoner cage and armed by unusual "magic projectors", which can channel and amplify her dark powers across space, wreaking havoc on attacking ships.
